Services

Design

Our design expertise is an invaluable asset for innovative, complex, and high-end projects. Guided by experienced engineers, our team relies on its cutting-edge expertise in computer-aided design. Thanks to advanced tools such as AutoCAD Mechanical and SolidWorks, we produce incredibly accurate workshop drawings. We are also very adept at decoding architectural plans. As a result, we deliver tailored, effective, and expertly controlled solutions.

Engineering and planning

Our engineering team: expertise meets innovation. Through rigorous factory and independent laboratory testing, we remain at the forefront of the industry. Moreover, we use thermal modelling and Finite Element Analysis tools to design systems that are more efficient, more durable, and more eco-friendly.

Manufacturing

Our 100,000 sq. ft. plant located at our headquarters in Quebec is equipped with the latest technology: five-axis Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools and automated sealant dispensing systems. Every curtain wall module is produced in a controlled environment that ensures a seamless synergy between procurement, production, and delivery.

Our 35,000 sq. ft. plant in Florida produces window walls and patio doors for high-end residential projects. It adheres to the same quality and efficiency standards as our headquarters.

In each of our facilities, we carry out independent tests to ensure compliance with the highest standards. And because a project doesn’t end when production does, we ensure careful packaging and timely delivery. In other words, our production processes result in reliable, sustainable, high-performance façades.

Installation

When it comes to construction sites, autonomy makes all the difference. Because they are prefabricated, our products can be installed quickly with a minimum of handling. They are assembled in a controlled environment and delivered on site ready for installation, thereby reducing lead times, risks, and unforeseen variables.
