This privacy policy contains the statements that Epsylon has put in place to protect the personal information collected by the company. To comply with the new standards in effect and address the many challenges posed by the digital and technological environment (Law 25), Epsylon is committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal and private information.

All personal information that you provide in the context of your interactions with Epsylon is subject to this policy. Only essential data is collected.

COLLECTION

Epsylon only collects personal information that is necessary to establish, manage, and maintain our relationship with you. Generally, the information comes directly from you.
The company collects personally identifiable information such as first and last names, date of birth, home address, email, telephone number, banking (payment) details, etc.
If you send your information and your curriculum vitae for employment purposes, this information will only be used to determine whether you have the skills necessary for the position you applied for and, if necessary, to contact you.

USE

Epsylon uses your personal information in the context of its business relationships and the regulations in effect.
Business relationships: Managing customer accounts and managing payment.
Regulations: Fulfil obligations that fall to Epsylon, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

SHARING

In accordance with its obligations, Epsylon shares your data with law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, or other authorities, in compliance with legal requirements or best practices.

SECURITY

At Epsylon, access to personal information is limited to the employees who need the information to perform their duties. Employees will handle the information in a strictly confidential manner and will not give any unauthorized person access to this information. In addition, collected personal information is stored in a secure environment.

Access: All people have the right to access the personal information held on them.
Correction: All people have the right to request that personal data held on them be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
Consent: If your personal information is being handled with your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
