Alain Lefrançois
President - Chief Executive Officer
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Université Laval, Alain Lefrançois has been active in the prefabricated curtain wall and architectural façade industry since 1983. He brings extensive experience in executive leadership, engineering, and project management, having held general management and presidency roles for over 40 years.
In 2008, he co-founded Epsylon with his brother Jean Lefrançois and assumed the roles of President and Chief Executive Officer. He played a central role in launching the company, developing its organizational structure, securing and executing major contracts, and overseeing engineering, production, quality, and project management activities.
Jean Lefrançois

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting (CMA) from Université Laval, Jean Lefrançois has over 30 years of experience in financial management and corporate leadership. He also holds several professional licenses in glazing and fenestration in Florida, United States.
Since 2008, he has served as President of Epsylon USA, a Florida-based subsidiary of Epsylon co-founded with his brother Alain Lefrançois. He oversees financial management, strategic partnerships, and business development activities in South Florida.
