Carré St-Laurent
We are very proud to get this mandate which consists of elaborating the exterior envelope of the new Carré St-Laurent in Montreal.
This brand new mixed-use building complex of approximately 260,000 sq. ft. showcases a unique commercial space for grocery purposes, on the ground floor, the Montreal History Centre on the first floor as well as 700 employees from the government of Quebec that are spread out over 8 floors in the south tower. Such project aims to obtain a LEED NE certification in accordance with sustainable development principles.
This new building will undoubtedly become an icon in downtown Montreal, at the corner of St. Laurent Boulevard and Ste. Catherine Street.
