Humaniti Montreal

The Humaniti project is truly a Smart Vertical Community. The glass building features bold, distinctive architecture developed by Cogir Immobilier in partnership with the Fonds Immobilier de Solidarité FTQ.

Humaniti is designed to promote the well-being of those who live in it, the dialogue between them, and the space they inhabit. It offers an inspiring lifestyle, unique in Montreal.

The multi-use tower is over 40 storeys tall, and includes condos, a hotel, rental apartments, offices and a restaurant. Epsylon produced and installed over 270,000 sq. ft. of prefabricated curtain walls, in partnership with contractor EBC and architectural firm Lemay. To this day, Humaniti remains one of the largest Epsylon curtain wall projects.  
