Édifice Marly

Édifice Marly belongs to IA/Gestion Canderel Inc., and is the second largest office building in the Québec City region.

It was erected in the heart of Boisé de Marly, a park in the Pointe-de-Sainte-Foy neighbourhood, and its distinctive architectural design makes it a stand-out feature of the capital’s urban landscape.

Renovations to the building envelope, carried out by Epsylon, are in line with construction on the Quebec Ministry of Revenue’s new processing centre for phase 2 of the project.
