Carré St-Laurent

We are very proud to get this mandate which consists of elaborating the exterior envelope of the new Carré St-Laurent in Montreal. This brand new mixed-use building complex of approximately 260,000 sq. ft. showcases a unique commercial space for grocery purposes, on the ground floor, the Montreal History Centre on the first floor as well as 700 employees from the government of Quebec that are spread out over 8 floors in the south tower. Such project aims to obtain a LEED NE certification in accordance with sustainable development principles.

This new building will undoubtedly become an icon in downtown Montreal, at the corner of St. Laurent Boulevard and Ste. Catherine Street.

National Assembly of Quebec – Reception Pavilion

Between spring 2016 and spring 2019, public areas in front of the Parliament Building and the inner courtyard turned into a huge construction site in order to allow the construction of an underground reception pavilion of approximately 3,800 sq. m., in addition to the 1,500 sq. m. expansion below the inner courtyard.

Epsylon is proud to have participated in such project by providing and installing curtain walls.
