Located in Midtown Miami, The Gateway at Wynwood will be a whole new office building that will offer more than 200 000 sq.ft. of leasing office space, in an environmentally-responsible building with state of the art technology.
Epsylon USA will take part in this project with the procurement and installation of this building’s windows and window walls.
Located on the south shore of Miami Beach Island, Peloro is a 7-storey residential project including 113 luxury homes as well as numerous areas dedicated to outdoor activities and sports. Over 40,000 sq. ft. of glazing has been installed by Epsylon into such building, whose luminosity is inspired by a lighthouse.
Located on the city shores of Biscayne Bay, the Biscayne Beach is a new residential tower dedicated to sophisticated seaside living. With its 399 residences, the building features 210,000 sq. ft. of curtain walls installed by Epsylon.
