CNESST – new headquarters

Epsylon has been selected for the construction of the building envelope of the new headquarters of the CNESST (Quebec’s occupational health and safety authority). This new building will be located in the future Estimauville eco-district, in Quebec city, at the corner of avenue d’Estimauville and boulevard Ste-Anne.

We are proud to partner up with EBC for this new unique project, which will aim for the LEED certification and will integrate aluminum with wood in an innovative manner in its curtain wall envelope.

Le Diamant theater

Epsylon is very proud to have obtained the mandate for the realization of the glazing architecture that is the signature of Robert Lepage’s new theater Le Diamant, in Quebec city.

The architecture of the new Diamant shows a great concern for keeping the historical heritage of the city in this new entertainment venue. The ancient facade of the YMCA has been completely restored, while a massive glass caisson, which constitutes the building envelope, is inserted with an inclination that joins the line traced by the côte d’Abraham, a street that formerly linked the lower town to the porte Saint-Jean. Epsylon is honoured to have been part of this wonderful project that perfectly combines traditional architecture and contemporary style, thus offering an exceptional showcase for Quebec city’s cultural richness.

Cité Desjardins de la Coopération

In order to strengthen its position at the heart of the city of Levis economic development, the Desjardins Group restructured its office building and granted itself with this magnificient 15-storey glass tower, which has obtained the LEED Gold certification.

For the Cité Desjardins, Epsylon elaborated the entire exterior envelope of this 380,000 sq. ft. building with prefabricated curtain walls.
