Roccabella sur la Montagne

Once again, general contractor Magil Construction and promoter MC Finance placed their trust in Epsylon by awarding us the contract for the Roccabella sur la Montagne tower, third phase of the prestigious Roccabella series, in Montreal. This large scale residential project will rise next to the Roccabella 2 tower, another project realized by Epsylon.

In partnership with architects Beique Legault Thuot, our mandate consist in the design, manufacture and installation of this tower’s two curtain wall facades, which will rise up 28 storeys.

This prestigious luxury condominium project will be the last phase of top-end development Roccabella. At Epsylon, we are proud to contribute in offering a comfortable and quality living space focusing on the abundance of natural light to its future residents!

National Bank Tower

National Bank’s new headquarters will occupy a prime spot on Saint-Jacques street, in Montreal, and will rank among the city’s highest skyscrapers. Featured on the list of the great real estate projects of the last 25 years, it will rise right next to the Business center of the metropolis, which is accessible by Montreal underground (RESO).

This building, which will rise up to 40 levels, will feature more than 6600 unitized curtain wall modules produced and installed by Epsylon. Aiming for the highest environmental and wellness norms, this project will aim for the LEED v.4 and WELL certifications, while featuring many high end collaborative spaces and services to facilitate work – life balance, such as daycare, a training center and a 40 000 sq.ft. park.

Epsylon is very proud to have the opportunity to take part in this project, that will be the biggest one undertaken by our company to this day.

 

Solstice Montreal

Solstice Montréal is the latest addition to a group of skyscrapers located at the heart of the city, near Bell Centre. The 44-storey building includes 330 luxury condominiums of various sizes, from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom units to penthouses.

The greatest care has been taken with the curtain wall envelope and exterior finish, fabricated and installed by Epsylon, and with the fit-up of the residences and common areas, which feature refined, inviting materials like oak, Montreal greystone and copper.

In addition to the exceptional amenities provided to residents, Solstice Montréal will include 5,000 sq. ft. of retail space at the base of the building.

 

Art de Vivre

Epsylon is very happy to have been awarded the mandate for a new large-scale project in Montreal: the Art de Vivre complex.

Located in the Quartier des Spectacles, Art de Vivre is an all new mixed-use building that will feature more than 35 floors. Indeed, floors 6 to 12 will be occupied by a hotel, floor 14 will feature a pool and a gym, and floors 15 to 35 will be dedicated to rental apartments.

We are proud to collaborate with general contractor Canvar and architects Groupe Architex for the realization of the curtain wall envelope of this major project.

CHUM Phase II

We are very happy to announce that Epsylon has just obtained the contract for the construction of the second phase of the University of Montreal hospital center (CHUM)!

We are given the mandate for the development of the envelope of buildings B2 to B4 for this second phase of the CHUM, which will be built on 17 floors and will feature more than 200 000 ft2 of curtain walls and architectural aluminum panels.

We are proud to collaborate with Pomerleau to the construction of this imposing hospital center, an anchor point of the new Health District in Montreal.

CNESST – new headquarters

Epsylon has been selected for the construction of the building envelope of the new headquarters of the CNESST (Quebec’s occupational health and safety authority). This new building will be located in the future Estimauville eco-district, in Quebec city, at the corner of avenue d’Estimauville and boulevard Ste-Anne.

We are proud to partner up with EBC for this new unique project, which will aim for the LEED certification and will integrate aluminum with wood in an innovative manner in its curtain wall envelope.

 

Humaniti Montreal

The Humaniti project is truly a Smart Vertical Community. The glass building features bold, distinctive architecture developed by Cogir Immobilier in partnership with the Fonds Immobilier de Solidarité FTQ. Humaniti is designed to promote the well-being of those who live in it, the dialogue between them, and the space they inhabit. It offers an inspiring lifestyle, unique in Montreal.

The multi-use tower is over 40 storeys tall, and includes condos, a hotel, rental apartments, offices and a restaurant. Epsylon produced and installed over 270,000 sq. ft. of prefabricated curtain walls, in partnership with contractor EBC and architectural firm Lemay. To this day, Humaniti remains one of the largest Epsylon curtain wall projects.  

425 Viger

We are very proud to have been selected by Pomerleau to collaborate with them to the restoration of the building at 425 Viger Street W, in Montreal.

Built in 1910, this 10 000 sq.ft. building will benefit from a complete renovation, to which a 10-story extension will be added at the northest corner of the building. Epsylon will take charge of the manufacture and installation of curtain walls of this building’s new envelope.

YUL centre-ville Phase II

Epsylon is very proud to have won the mandate for the construction of YUL condos’ second tower in downtown Montreal!

Built in the heart of the action, these two luxurious 38-storey condo towers, featuring unique design, are the perfect embodiment of Montreal’s prestige urban life. Epsylon will achieve the whole curtain wall envelope for the second phase of this prestigious project.

Technopole CHU Ste-Justine

We are very happy to have earned the mandate for the construction of the building envelope for CHU Ste-Justine’s new “Technopole” in pediatric rehabilitation.

This ambitious project is a result of a joint work between researchers, clinicians, entrepreneurs and industrials of Quebec and features the construction of a new building that is part of CHU Ste-Justine’s rehabilitation centre; recruiting of new researchers, teachers and clinicians specialized in rehabilitation, and partnerships with institutions and organizations working in the field of pediatric rehabilitation. Epsylon undertook the construction of the building envelope of this new centre.
